The Pøbel project aims to help young people who are outside the established educational system and the labour market to get into work or further education.

The young people who participate in the project learn how to use their own resources and become motivated individuals. This is central to finding a way into work or further education and becoming a constructive member of society. The project goes about this in a way and in a language that young people understand and respect, and the results speak for themselves with over 90% of participants finding work!

The Pøbel project has developed a service over the years that empowers young people to make active use of their own resources so that they are able to take up employment or further education courses. The Pøbel project is now ready to expand its activities throughout Norway, after having grown from its starting point in Stavanger to include Søgne, Lillesand and Arendal, and subsequently Elverum, Kongsvinger and Oslo.
