Seema recruits female candidates with higher education qualifications for a two-year talent and mentoring program. Through the program's 12 modules, the participants gain knowledge, expertise, networking skills and a range of tools to help them to succeed in the Norwegian labour market. The women receive support and resources to help them become the architect of their own life.
The talent program opens doors for the participants, who gain a greater awareness of the opportunities available to them through the mentoring process. The program also provides tailor-made management training and development of competence in diversity management.
The company was first established in 2012.
